Every care will be taken of your completed work, however ceramics can occasionally crack and damage in the kiln and no responsibility can be accepted should this happen.

Cancellation Policy

Course places cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be given a full refund. Full fee is payable on places cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Shipping Information

Products will be wrapped and shipped as carefully as possible but no responsibility can be accepted for items damaged in transit. Products will be sent by second class post as soon as final firing is completed.

Firing schedule

The kilns are fired a couple of times a week however only pottery that is dry and ready for firing can be fired. It is advisable that you allow four weeks for pottery you have made in a class to be ready for collection.
