Our beginners classes cover techniques for making and decorating pottery as well as understanding the fundamentals of pottery and the potters skills.
We have classes from a private one hour taster session on the wheel through to a six week course with other beginners on multiple making and decorating techniques and special short courses .
The regular longer courses are very popular as once you have finished your initial five or six week block you are offered the chance to carry on working on your own projects. Some students have been with us for years.
Starts 23rd October
Time 14:00 - 16:00
Once a month we offer a one off class where you can have a go at pottery and decide if this hobby is one you would like to take up. This is a class on making pottery without a wheel, if you would like to have a go at using the wheel please book our throwing taster sessions
